The Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Boston Celtics 106-112 at home at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH during Wednesday evening’s matchup. Andre Drummond was out for the Cavaliers. At the same time, All players on the Celtics were active for the game. The loss brings the Cavaliers to 0-4 in the series versus the Celtics and to 17-45 in the regular season.

On the Cavaliers, Larry Nance Jr. got 19 points in 39:16, shooting 7/13 (53.8%) from the field. In addition to his points, Nance Jr. also managed to grab a valuable team-high 15 rebounds, got a valuable 4 steals, and made 4 assists. Collin Sexton scored an outstanding team-high 41 points, shooting 17/30 (56.7%) from the field in 44:50. Additionally, Sexton also added a team-high 6 assists. Tatum also managed to grab 9 rebounds and added a team-high 6 assists. Enes Kanter gained 10 points in 14:21, scoring 3/6 (50.0%) from the field. 1st Quarter

Small Forward Cedi Osman was among those who floundered at the beginning of the quarter, shooting 0/3 from the field and 0/0 from deep for no points. Shooting Guard Collin Sexton gained 5 points. At the same time, the Celtics performed well in the first half of the quarter, scoring 7/10 from the field and 4/4 from the three point mark for a total of 18 points. Small Forward Jayson Tatum was an important contributor in this great start for the Celtics as he got 8 points on 3/4 shooting (2/2 from the three point mark).
